The history

Bulgaria has a great tradition in rearing quails, producing quail eggs and quail meat. In the former socialist system, Bulgaria was one of the leading producer and exporter of quails. Our database contains over 300 quail farmers. All of them are family farms within ecologically clean regions.

We select our partner farms under strict parameters in order to guarantee the best products. We see it as our task to turn the history in the future, to keep the good traditions and integrate them in modern production and products.
